SEND Reform Questionnaire

Labour is focussed on fixing the generational issues facing our children by reforming the broken SEND system.

This has always been one of my top priorities since becoming an MP, I have held a roundtable and worked closely with the council and Ministers to try and improve the system - and there is more to come.

Later this year, Ministers will set out their plans for reforming the system - but before then I will take the opportunity to feed in the views of people in Plymouth with lived experience of the SEND system and ensure that your views are heard ahead of any changes.

If you could include any measure in the SEND reform/white paper, what would it be and why?

The government has given Plymouth City Council nearly £3 million in additional funding to improve support for SEND children - how would you like to see that money spent?
